Q & A

I’m about to participate in a business brigade where we volunteer and assist small businesses run by refugees. Connecting and volunteering with individuals who have experienced traumatic events profoundly influences my work. It teaches me to be more compassionate and mindful that patients often require understanding. Albert and Katelyn have been instrumental in helping me manage my own pain, which has significantly shifted my perspective on physiotherapy.
The appreciation from patients and staff inspires me to excel in my role. There are times when patients comfortably talk about their personal lives or ask for simple assistance like tying their shoelaces, reminding me that my job entails more than just booking appointments. It is deeply fulfilling to work in an environment that fosters positivity and effective communication, especially in handling conflicts.
My passion for healthcare administration aligns seamlessly with Elevation’s mission and values of inspiring the relentless pursuit of solutions to health challenges. I contribute to creating a positive patient experience by ensuring efficient operations and fostering a supportive environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
