As a member of Elevation’s administrative team, Jackie finds fulfillment in interacting with clients. She stays active through everyday chores and walking her pup Juniper and, as a senior, empathizes with patients experiencing real aches and pains. The satisfaction of working with a great team and witnessing patients’ improved well-being post-appointment brings Jackie a sense of purpose and motivation. Jackie aligns her passion for healthcare administration with Elevation’s mission and values by prioritizing a positive patient experience, ensuring clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their healing journey.

Q & A

I find now in my senior years I’m just a spectator when it comes to sports, but I’m still active in everyday chores and walking our beloved pup Juniper. Even with just daily chores here at work and at home and at times being sedentary at the desk, I can relate to our patients when they say “the aches and pains are real.” I’m glad to be part of a team that can help with these issues.
I work with a great team. Listening to patient’s leaving after their appointments saying they feel so much better with smiles on their faces, and being glad I’m a part of it.
Compassion and caring from first contact are very important. I enjoy making our clients feel more comfortable and at ease as I know it’s all part of the process of helping them get better.
